Shipping
US Orders under $100 ship for a low flat rate of $8.99 and overs over $100 Ship Free!

- United States, AND International customers can order direct through our website with a credit card. We ship anywhere in the world! We try to make shipping as affordable as possible, but these are long oversize items with a lot of packaging to protect them.

We ship to all countries worldwide, delivery is fast, easy, and discreet.
We can ship orders ANYWHERE WORLDWIDE There are NO restrictions to ship swords to Canada. Most countries don't have a problem with blades, but please do your research. If you need a shipping quote please email sales@swordsoftheeast.com and we can get you the best price. Please select your appropriate shipping method on the checkout screen.
If you are from another country the flate rate of $49.99 applies. If you feel this is too expensive please email us at help@swordsoftheeast.com and for some countries we may be able to get you a less expensive rate. This is typically less than the actual cost to ship to most countries as we use a lot of shipping protection so the swords are not damaged in transit. There is no minimum order for international orders.

Registering
You do not need to register or log in to make a purchase. Your tracking information will be updated within 24 hours and sent to you via the email address on file.
Shipping
All orders over $100 USD include free standard shipping to Continental United States addresses, otherwise a flat rate of $8.99 will apply.
Orders going to
Overnight shipping is available on domestic orders in most cases if the order is recieved prior to 4pm EST. Your order will arrive on the next business day with overnight shipping. We can deliver on Saturday with Fedex.
International Orders - We can ship to most all countries outside of the USA. Swords Of The East and Cook Ecommerce, LLC take no responsibility legally for your countries laws, most countries do allow swords and it is not a problem.
Transit Times
Most in-stock items will ship out same day or within 24 hours and you will be sent an email with your tracking number at that time.
We can arrange expedited shipping at cost and in some circumstances, but prefer to not use an automated shipping system as availability is always in flux. Please contact us at order@swordsoftheeast.comto inquire about expedited shipping prior to your purchase.
Return Policy
For returns or exchanges simply email sales@swordsoftheeast.com within 15 days of getting your sword. Please let us know the reason for the return, or the item you would like to exchange for, and we will send you return instructions. Don't send anything back without emailing us first. If we sent you the wrong item, or a damaged item we will cover your return shipping. Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. Please include all original packaging and accessories with your return or exchange.
