I bought two katanas from SOTE that came from the same forge Musashi. The first is the Wind Dragon, SUPERB katana and it comes with a stand and casing. The second is This Musashi Bamboo Katana. I got it and its very nice as a wall hanger. But when you examine the blade its slightly inclined to the left and its NOT SHARP at all. My problem is it has a real hamon and I don't know anyone (not even myself) that can sharpen this katana without damaging the real hamon.

I'm a newbie and this katana had great reveiws I searched for the best price and SOTE has it! If you are a beginner and want a cheap durable sword look no further! I'm impressed and there are tons of reveiws out there backing this sword. Most place have it over 100$! Get it!!
Quality is worth more than I paid.

Very nice katana. Nicely finished burgundy saya, tight fittings (no loose or rattling parts), tsuka-ito is tightly wrapped and in an alternating pattern. Prominent hamon on blade. The blade is fairly sharp. The sword feels light and well balanced. Good value at this price point. This is my fourth Musashi katana from the Shirikawa series and none have disappointed. SOTE has these at good prices and I am already eyeing another one.
