The return of a Legend .. 

Its back the way you want it .. this classic version of the Miyamoto Musashi. 

Miyamoto Musashi, arguably the most famous swordmaster in Japanese history, was well above average height and Hanwei’s classic rendition of his Daito (long sword) reflects the impressive length of the original and features the legendary double-ring iron tsuba. The Musashi Katana sword from Hanwei is mounted in black with a textured saya for durability and the tsuka-ito is in leather over ray skin. The blade of the katana is hand-forged in high-carbon steel and is edge-tempered to display a distinct hamon. Edge hardness is HRC60, back hardness HRC40. The grip is double-pegged to the tang for safety. Supplied with a protective cloth bag and traditional maintenance kit.

I had this sword many years ago. Lost it during the move. Since then the model was discontinued and I tried to find a replica too no such luck. I came across swords of the east and there it was. I read all kinds of reviews about them and I decided to take a chance. The sword came in a few days packed securely and cleaning kit with it. I opened it and it was like see an old friend. It met all my expectations and I recommend swords of the East too anyone. I’m looking forward too doing more business with them. Thanks to all their team. Brent
