The Bo Staff has been used in Martial Arts for a very long time, and is still an excellent weapon. The Crusade Bo Staff is made of Rattan with skin, making it light and the perfect Bo Staff for training in Martial Arts. It is a traditional Bo Staff measuring 60" long.
