Musashi Japanese Swords Kenshin Reverse Blade

Rurouni Kenshin, a manga and anime series created by mangaka Nobuhiro Watsuki, is set during the early Meiji period in Japan. The English versions of the OVAs as well as the movie are sold under the Samurai X name.

The series tells the story of an assassin named Himura Kenshin, who was known as the Hitokiri Battosai ("Man killer - Master of Battojutsu"). Kenshin later grieves for all the lives he has taken, and vows that he will never kill again.

Rorouni Kenshin takes up his reverse blade sword or sakabatou, and since the blade of the sword is reversed, can damage his opponents instead of killing them.

This reverse blade samurai sword is made by Musashi Swords and has a hand honed carbon steel reverse blade. Black wrapped handle has faux black raskin underwrap and is double pegged.
